🔐 Beta Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice applies specifically to the Beta version of the App.

Due to the nature of Beta testing:

  • Features and data handling processes may evolve

  • Data collection may be adjusted to support product improvements

2. Data We Process

Depending on usage, we may process:

  • Configuration data

  • Usage metrics (e.g., feature interactions)

  • Error logs and diagnostic information

We aim to minimize data collection and avoid unnecessary personal data.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed to:

  • Operate and improve the App

  • Diagnose and resolve issues

  • Analyze usage patterns and performance

  • Support evaluation of operational and pricing models

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

Data may be shared only:

  • With service providers required to operate the App

  • As required by law

5. Data Retention

Data collected during the Beta Program will be retained only as necessary to support operation, troubleshooting, and improvement.

  • If the App is uninstalled, associated data may be retained for up to 30 days from the date of uninstallation

  • After this period, data will be permanently deleted

  • If the App is reinstalled after deletion, data synchronization must be restarted from scratch

Participants may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting iDev Support.

To process such requests, the requester must:

  • Authenticate using their Atlassian account via the iDev support portal

  • Be an Organization Admin of the relevant instance

Additionally, we may retain contact and communication data (such as name, email address, and support interactions) for the purpose of:

  • Responding to support requests, feedback, and inquiries

  • Managing communication during the Program

Such data may be removed upon request, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

However, as a Beta product:

  • Security controls may not yet be equivalent to those of fully released products

7. Your Responsibilities

Participants should:

  • Avoid using sensitive or regulated data where possible

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations
