Beta Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Beta App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

iDev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Beta App solely for evaluation and testing purposes during the Program.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Beta App:

• For internal evaluation and testing

• In accordance with applicable laws and your organization’s policies

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the App

• Use the App in a way that may harm systems, data, or users

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

5. Data Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The data you choose to process through the App

• Maintaining appropriate backups where necessary

6. No Warranty

The Beta App is provided without warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Continuous availability or error-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDev shall not be liable for:

• Data loss

• Business interruption

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Suspension and Termination

iDev may suspend or terminate access to the Beta App at any time, with or without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by:

• The applicable commercial agreement between the parties, if any; or

• Otherwise, the laws of Brazil
