The number of participants classified as Founding Customers is limited.

To recognize different levels of engagement during the Beta Program, iDev may classify participants into the following tiers:

🟢 Explorer

Profile

Participants who install and explore the App with limited or occasional usage.

Typical Contribution

  • Initial setup and basic usage

  • Limited testing across features

  • Occasional feedback

Eligibility Indicators

  • Short-term or intermittent usage

  • Minimal interaction with the iDev team

  • Limited feedback provided

Benefits

  • Early access to the App

  • Visibility into upcoming features

  • General participation in the Beta Program

🔵 Contributor

Profile

Participants who actively use the App and provide meaningful feedback to support product validation.

Typical Contribution

  • Regular usage across real or representative scenarios

  • Submission of relevant feedback (bugs, suggestions, improvements)

  • Participation in feedback sessions or check-ins

Eligibility Indicators

  • Sustained usage during the Beta period

  • Demonstrated engagement with the product

  • At least one meaningful feedback cycle

Benefits

  • All Explorer benefits

  • Consideration for preferential pricing or limited-time discounts after GA

  • Priority consideration for feature requests

  • Closer interaction with the iDev team

🟣 Founding Customer

Profile

Highly engaged participants who play a significant role in shaping the product and validating its real-world use.

Typical Contribution

  • Consistent and active usage across multiple scenarios or environments

  • Ongoing, high-quality feedback and collaboration

  • Participation in structured sessions (e.g., workshops, deep dives)

  • Support in validating use cases, configurations, or operational models

Eligibility Indicators

  • Continuous engagement throughout the Beta period

  • Multiple meaningful contributions

  • Demonstrated impact on product evolution

  • Enhanced commercial conditions, such as extended discounts or early pricing protection

⚖️ Tier Assignment

Tier classification is determined by iDev based on overall participation, considering:

  • Consistency of usage

  • Quality and relevance of feedback

  • Level of engagement with the product and team

iDev reserves the right to evaluate participation in a reasonable and good-faith manner.

Participants may move between tiers during the Beta Program based on their level of engagement.
