Adding a new user in an Organization

Note that you will not be able to add users to groups, only to organizations

 

You can Add new or existent users in some Jira Service Management Organization following the steps

  1. Select the Organization Or Group that you want to add users to

  2. Select the Organization that you want to add users to

  3. Click in “Add user” button

  4. Fill the Name and email fields, and click save
